Tony Roma's @ Sunway Pyramid [Ribs - Seafood - Steak]

(Blog Update For 9th November 2006)

*Dinner @ Tony Roma's with Jack, Scott, Shuk and Marion Caunter of 8TV.

The official opening of Tony Roma's First International Chain Outlet In Sunway Pyramid was yesterday...and let me tell you one thing "They Really Do Have The BEST RIBS in Town!!!".

Jack and I were invited to this auspicious event and the PR Company actually asked me to bring a friend as-well. So it was Jack, Scott and me over at the launch of this NEW FLAGSHIP restaurant. William was suppose to be there as-well, but he couldn't make it last minute. So we proceeded on to having a well planned dinner with my former colleague from 8TV - Ms. Marion Caunter...she's so sweet!!!

Yes...it was Marion and Shuk (former colleague at 8TV), i used to work there and we hanged out alot especially during our on ground events at the Karnival Sure Heboh. Anyways - will talk more about that later.

Reserved table for us, where we had dinner here together with my former colleague Marion Caunter of 8TV.

This guy flew in all the way from the United States to attend the launch.

Breakdancers in action...they were really great and performed at the L'Oreal MPZ event.

At first it was a cocktail party...but soon after turned into a Food Fiesta!!!

Marion and Shuk together here at the table eating real nice food. Shuk saying the BEEF RIBS are AWESOME!!!

Us feasting here at Tony Roma's in Sunway Pyramid. We took so long to eat...i had like 2 main dishes...

This is their secret...Tony Roma's Special BBQ Sauces...comes in 4 different flavors.

Appetizer...this salad is super delicious - i've never tasted something this good before.

The all-time famous Boneless BEEF RIBS @ Tony Roma's. This was just a strip of 2. There's a bigger portion where they serve strip of 3 if im not mistaken.

Rack of 3 Beef Ribs...this was with the bones - the original way of eating'em.

Chocolate Avalanche...taste so so so GOOD!!! It was so heavenly...but Scott said that it was "Orgasmic" LOLZ...

Moree to come after this, but before we end...here are pics of us wearing Tony Roma's Napkins :P mwahhah.. so childish!!! and baby'ish...

Friendship tightens even more over Birthday Celebration

(Blog Update For 7th January 2006)

This is "THE" Adam C we're talking bout...the one from 8TV Quickie, yes...the same one from HITZ.TV and the one and only HOT CHICK from hitz.fm!!!

I know this update is wayyyy so backdated but made a promise to my friend Adam (the birthday boy) that i'll put it up on my blog today!!! Mwahahha... so here it is.

It was a SURPRISE birthday party and some of Adam's closest buddies and friends were present at his condo...knowing Adam at that time he was practically busy all day long...and is only home after his show "Quickie @ 8TV" - so he was back home at half past midnight...

Here's a pic of Jack taken last night...6th November @ the hitz.fm Studio with Adam C. Yes we sat down and talk and talk and talk till we couldn't talk no more.

Ok don't look at the jersey i'm wearing...hehehe...Adam's trying to reach my height!!!

*KEBABOOM* - err that was the sound of his car...but hey he came up into his condo with fellow colleagues from 8TV "pretending to come over to play PS2 after work" and..
.
.
*SURPRISE*
.
He came in...it was pitch black and suddenly...monsterous amount of camera flash keep on flashing at him...woohoo!!! HAPPY 21st Birthday Adam!! He was wearing this t-shirt which says "I Had No Idea"...

Homemade posters made by Joyce for Adam's birthday...look at those!!!

I am so not good at making all these funny faces :P

Group picture time...Adam "HAD NO IDEA"...(L-R: KinkypugKevin, Kinkybluefairy, Adam, Efie and Ruzy).

Oh...this was the time when Adam came in and he really did have NO IDEA...

Group picture of Belinda, Efie and Andy...@ Adam's Residence.

Kinkybluefairy...eh trust me!!! I've grown fitter from the last time this pic was taken k :P

Kevin was so drunk...his face was like a lobster that nite :P

Now...whenever i meet up with Andy, we always do this same pose - wakaka...i owe this dude photos from previous parties we went to..urgh.. no time la bro!

Happiness!!! - Kevin, Ruzy and Me...that night was filled with happiness - friendship getting stronger with one another and what do you know!!! Getting to meet new people and others whom we all know but we never knew that we'd meet here.

Adam C is now the radio announcer for hitz.fm's Late Net Show - and is now known as "THE HOT CHICK". Mwahah...

*Getting to work with Adam and a lot of other team members last time at 8TV was certainly a great time. Getting to know each other during our on ground events / activities in Kuantan's Karnival Sure Heboh...was an awesome trip for each and everyone of us...as we got the chance to really know each other inside out.

As i said...being friends with people that we meet is no longer just a normal thing...it's somewhat special. We should get to know each other, take time off...get to know our friends. Therefore, birthday celebrations may be one important thing that we could celebrate with our friends - but for some they can just say that it's just another day in their life, but for some it's a whole new beginning of a new chapter.

Therefore, i can honestly say...during a birthday celebration - no matter who'se is it...you can always make new friends, get to know your friends...i know a few of my friend's birthdays are coming up...so don't worry!!! I'll try my very best to remember all...

Arabian Break Fast Dinner

(Blog Update For 5th & 6th October 2006)

My former collegemates and I decided to breakfast at this Arabian Restaurant @ Jln. Damai in Ampang. It was a very last minute thing and i wasn't too keen on Arabian food actually. Somemore there wasn't enough food for all!!!

Why call it a buffet when you're not going to replenish what's finished??? - Anyways, that's the mentality...their mentality! If you were to go to a Malaysian Buffet or any other international buffet - it actually means that you can eat and drink till you're full.

Put that aside...this restaurant serves nice food, great delicacies...price wise...it was ok during the break-fast promotion but otherwise, i have no idea...

Quite a delicacy, this is not curry-puff. In actual fact its some sort of a sweet dish served as a dessert.

Main dish, can't really get a good picture of this as everything was put onto the plate everywhere.

The various different kinds of desserts made available.

Platter for two - you'll love all these food!!! It's so exotic and mediterranean!!!

Ever tried Cigars before? My friend here has some...

This happened on the 6th October - went to MidValley to meet up with Jason and Tonyyy for dinner at Little Penang Kafe.

We had a great dinner there, had so much to catch up and talk about.

Curry Mee here is not as good as the one at "The Chicken Rice Shop". I support TCRS!!!

And last but not least, i guess this would be what i call "Trapped In A Square". - licensed and trademarked to Jack|SQ.

Tugu Negara [Chapter 1]

(Blog Update For Somewhere in end of September)

*PS: Re-publishing this again cause something's wrong with the archive!!! And cause Yuinny wants to view these photos!! wheee :P

**nd she owes me an ice-cream :P

It was during lunch time that i took this opportunity to go out of the office during the official lunch hours to snap some great pics with Xian Jin and Jack since the skies were so blue and clear.

Xian Jin sms'd me in the morning so i told him that i'd be free over lunch time - so Xian Jin and Jack had lunch together at their college then i came by to pick them up and so we went off for a quick photo snapping opportunity at Tugu Negara Malaysia and Lake Garden - Kuala Lumpur.

I believe this was the fastest and the most rushed photo shoot that i've ever attended to. Came back to the office just in time for work but then i had stomach ache...OMG!!! how unlucky i am...but hey i survived it and came up to the office coz my boss wanted to talk to me about a meeting on the next day then i went back to the meeting room.

More bla bla'ing in my next update which will feature the part where we went to Lake Garden.

Do you know what's some of our national monuments actually looks like? Well if you're a foreigner visiting Malaysia - the "Tugu Negara" is a must visit as you may see it on most of our coins here in Malaysia.

The sky was so blue, the sun was so great...its now time to go deep in our thoughts in BLUE.

Bright clear skies hovering around our city...

Xian Jin about to make an executive decision - to jump or not to jump into the water?

Jack on the other hand, gives everyone a "Y" - what for???

Picture taken by Jack - focusing on the monument at the far end.

Stargazing can be something that you may like to do here when the skies are so clear - perhaps at night would be preferably better.

The squareboys are here and they're jumping around almost everywhere!!!

I know i've posted this photo before, but i've edited the colors a bit, curves, and all that photoshop thing... which do you prefer?

Tugu Negara - they lived their lives to fight for our nation till death...a commemorative symbol and landmark of our nation.

Once again - they're here juming up sky high!!! Jack & Xian Jin lurvess jumpin' :P

Xian Jin says: Well folks, come on over to Tugu Negara if you haven't been here before - great place to take some great shots when the skies are as clear as today's!!!
