Every Tuesday is 50% off on Earthquake @ Swensens
It's been a month plus now since i've been looking at the Earthquake Ice Cream @ Swensens like a HAWK...ermmm...how arr, dont think that really make any sense but well, its just that i've been wanting to eat that ice cream for ages...
Well, found out that every tuesday is 50% off on earthquake, so yea...gathered a few friends over, namely... Kelvin, Jack, Ernie, Darrel, (supposed to have Jay and Dinesh) well...bad planning on my side.
We all went to Swensens to have the ice cream, then moved on to times square, but Jack had to leave first. 4 of us were there at the level 10 food court area, at one side..where there's no body at all...we played monopoly for 3 whole hours.
Ernie won the game and i was the first to loose the game. What a pity, it was really exciting...something better than just having an outing with friends to have lunch or dinner. This is something really different but it saves quite a lot of money and its so MUCH FUN!!!
Every Tuesday is 50% off on Earthquake @ Swensens...
Darrel studies in Help Inst. with Jack, and also and old friend of mine from Xfresh...he's enjoying it...oh well, today is all about Xfresh small lil' get together on a 50% discount on the earthquake @ Swensens.
From Left: Kelvin, Ernie, Jack, Darrel -- Jolly happy face...after 8 scoops of ice cream, whee!!!
Happy Tree Friends...ahhaha...just right after we had Earthquake Ice Cream @ Swensens.
We ordered a cup of fries, and its so little...but the BBQ sauce is really nice.
Muscle-man...(yeah...give me a 6+6)...
I got approximately 29,000 at this point...but lost most of it by paying 12 grand each everytime i landed on a hotel.
We stayed on the level 10 food court at Berjaya Times Square playing monopoly for 3 whole hours...damn!!!
Seriously, this ain't funny...i'm loosing and they're all laughing at me...
No wonder i lost...with the amount of hotels built almost everywhere on the map...i'll be broke in no time!!!
Yes, Darrel backed up...Ernie is challenging Kelvin with the game, he's WINNING!!!
Kelvin's trying to compete with Ernie..who eats the most WINS!!!
Ernie had 2 whole chickens just for himself, don't believe me...ask Kel and Darrel.
Meeting + Pasta + Banana Leaf + Monopoly + Hartamas = 1 Tiring Day but FUN
Monday, 2nd January 2006...had a meeting in the office at 10.30am, yes...its a public holiday but we were working, well it finished quite fast, faster than what i thought it was going to be. Well went to the gym right after and met up with Kelvin.
We both went to MV to shop, but soon after left for the banana leaf restaurant in Bangsar Baru for a late lunch. It was really nice (thats what kelvin said), for a first timer who's never tried banana leaf before, he loved it to bits and pieces.
We left for 1Utama short after our late lunch, saw this Monopoly game sponsored by Nokia, it was kinda fun looking at everyone playing monopoly (what a big BRANDING thing for Nokia).
After we finished with all the stuffs at 1Utama, went to Hartamas with Kelvin, Ernie, Jay, Mikael and Olivier for dinner.Quite a long day, sent Ernie back home then Kelvin back to Kajang...whoa!!!
Pasta in a microwaveable cup, cooked by Simon our boss :) papa!!!
Adam here eating the pasta like he's never eaten rice before...yes we were allso hungry, never eaten breakfast...before a 10.30am meeting :P
Earlier on in the morning, had a meeting at the office (yes, on a public holiday...) had brunch there on our boss (Simon), he cooked for us Pasta and it was real nice!!!
Banana Leaf Rice together with squid, that's if you've never seen one before...ahahha!!!
For someone who's never tried banan leaf before, Kelvin loved it to BITS...
In the late afternoon around 4, we went for lunch (me and kelvin)...went to Banana Leaf Restaurant in Bangsar Baru, had banan leaf with 2 plates of squid, 2 ice lemon tea and 1 pepsi twist. Came up to RM 37++ damn!!!
Man, this is TOTAL branding for NOKIA....
Saw the monopoly on display, and the game conducted by Nokia...now we feel like playing monopoly..whee!!! yes our dream came true. Read the next blog update after this!!!
Took some pics of pictures that were on display at the ground floor of the new wing. This is in conjunction with the 1yr anniversary after the Tsunami (Sponsored by Canon).
Oh, i love these pictures, but the photographer used the same techniques one too many times for his pictures here. Yes, we can see from the angle and the composition of the pictures taken...can identify if its the same photographer or different.
That's a real jail cell for you, if you go in the thingy...m wahaha!!!
Ever seen a giant monopoly set...well there's 1 here at 1Utama Concourse (New Wing), sponsored by Nokia and u can take part in the game for FREE.
