A better living starts here...
(Blog Update For 18th March 2006)The title for this update has nothing to do with this post, but well...i do go to the gym every day or when i can...just like on this day, brought both June and Steph over to Menara Manulife RB for a workout. Jack was suppose to join us on this day but he couldn't make it, that's ok :-)
After gym, we all went to pickup Albert and Emir from the National Science Center, this was after they finished their Mensa AGM. Went over to The Curve to park our car there and we went to Ikea for lunch and then went back to Curve for the flea market and went to Sony Store to visit Richard.
Dinner was at Hartamas...i didnt really eat anything, just drink coz i was so FULL coz they served some finger food at Sony Store coz it was a member's night only on that night. So yea, this was a really cool day...fun and exciting but also tiring coz i've been out almost every other day.
Really need some time to myself...
I was a bit hungry, but had lunch earlier on at home, but hey...after a good workout at the gym, i really need to eat and here's Fish & Chips from Ikea. It's ok la...but not really worth it.

After having a very late lunch here at the Ikea Cafeteria, we went on hunting for a table lamp for Albert and just walked around and look at STUFFS!!! wahh...so expensive :P
Albert, Emir, Steph & June and myself...went shopping at Ikea. Albert got himself a table lamp. Wahh..here we are touching some lamb wool or sumthin...
That's why I love coming to IKEA. Now, really...seriously!!!
Oh MY...i love this Chili Con Carne Hot Dog here at Ikea. Its just 3 dollars!!!
Right after Ikea, we went back to "The Curve" to shop around at the flea market and went to Sony Store to just "window shop".
Met up with Richard, one of Albert's school mates back in secondary and also a fellow Xfresher...who participated in one of our contests last 3 yrs ago. He's now working in Curve's SONY store on weekends...go la search for him :P
Here's a picture that i took with slow shutter speed. Yes its just the festive lights that's hanging from one end to the other...the effect is achieved by using slow shutter speed in this condition.
Last but not least, we went to our usual hangout spot "Hartamas Square" for dinner right after Curve. Thanks to Albert's RED fiter here...u can see me in RED :P
Spot the LONGKANG or PARIT
(Blog Update For 17th March 2006)Spot the LONGKANG or PARIS, well if you can find a GUNUNG - much the better...Right after work, both Jack & I rushed to 1Utama for dinner with June, Steph & Nadia. They were already there at Chili's waiting for us...wahh..i felt so bad for making them wait, but work...we were a little bit over loaded with work at the office.
So yea, we had dinner at Chili's 1Utama, of which Jay only joined us for supper at Bangsar when we went to D'haven - as he was having dinner with his parents at home. So yea...nothing much really, just dinner and supper :-) With great friends, great company, great companions.

Dessert...i'm sure everyone is familliar with this dessert at Chili's. It's the ULTIMATE!!! Mwahhaha...Molten Chocoalte Cake, the cake is really hot off the oven and the ice-cream topping it off on the top and caramel and chocolate sauce poured on top of it. Yummy...
Aiya...not a very nic picture la...coz I was very tired and all...look at that "tiredness" on my face.

iOi Mall Puchong
(Blog Update For 17th March 2006)It was Friday afternoon, picked both Jack and Joshua up...prior to checking-in to the office we went to iOi Mall Puchong for lunch...Joshua was REALLY hungry and yes me too...didn't really have anything to eat in the morning as i was rushing over to JPJ once again to get my license done.
Yes, I graduated...from what, well that's for you to think of...anyways - this is just gonna be a very short post as there's nothing much to talk about apart from the new Fitness First that will be opened in Puchong's iOi Mall this 1st of May 2006.
They say that this branch is kinda "big" not too sure how big is "big" but i trust that it's best that i exercise here than going all the way to KLCC or what. But really depends anyways on who goes to this gym...need some gym buddies preferably HOT chicks :P
By the way, Fitness First Puchong is opening up real soon...i will be gym'ing at this branch very SOON.
Here i am, at the "Makanan Thai" stall here at Jusco iOi Mall, ordered Nasi Goreng Pattaya and a bowl of Tom Yam Seafood.
I had Nasi Goreng Pattaya Special for lunch, here at Jusco iOi Mall Puchong. It was ok la...but Jack ate part of it, wahh he's so gonna make me so kurus...
Was at the office, had loads of work to do...one of the smaller tasks were for Jack & I to clean up our workstations...and there's a big pile of mags around...arghh!!!
Cyberjaya HEAD Madness at LimKokWing Uni
(Blog Update For 16th March 2006)The HEAT in Cyberjaya is UNBEARABLE!!! Seriously, was driving in Cyber last thursday afternoon for lunch at Terminal, just beside the StreetMall...the HEAT was like OMG...seriously my car was parked there since morning, so yea...its gonna take quite a while to make the air-cond COLD!!!
The air inside the car was warmer than outside, so yea...had to wind down the windows and just take in the outside air. Lunch was great and CHEAP, Rm3.50 for Nasi Tomato and RM 1.20 for teh o' ais limau - what a SUPER SAVER.
After lunch, went back to class at 4pm for Advertising :) That's about it for the day...
Food, something that we all need to eat / have everyday...without it we may just DIE...oh well - anyways here's Nasi Tomato at Cyberjaya Terminal.
