Celebrate Christmas in the Tropics

(Blog Update For 19th December 2006)

This year's theme for Christmas Celebration in Singapore is "Celebrate Christmas in the Tropics". Awesome innit!!!

Singapore Tourism Board is quite efficient i'd say...with their very own and very informative Singapore Visitors Centre right smack in the middle of town!!! They done it again...

This ought to be one of the most beautiful times of the year to visit Singapore. December - the month where many parts of Singapore such as Orchard and Marina Bay areas together with Suntec and many others are lighted up with various types of Christmas Decos and much more.

Another time of the year to come over to Singapore is during the Great Singapore sale. That should be happening during June and July i believe. Christmas celebration in Singapore is something quite big actually, bigger than those in Malaysia as they have performances every evening 7pm onwards along the stretch of road on Orchard at almost every single mall. And not forgetting displays on the streets and informative counters that has so much to offer to everyone. It's hard to explain - but will try to write more later on. Kinda tired now...

Paragon on Orchard is well lit with Xmas deco's and a grand Xmas tree.

The Louis Vuitton in Singapore is not as big as the one on Starhill in KL.

I pretty much like the design of LV here in Malaysia better than this one in Singapore.

Xmas celebration performances at Suntec City Mall.

They did quite a great job in lighting up the whole entire place...this year, they actually lit up Marina Bay area as well.

One of the many performances here on Orchard...is at TANGS.

I had TUNA Sandwich at Subway - quite good actually, never had it here in KL.

What a DAY...after a long day, its awesome to just have a bite at Subway.

The eyes are looking...mwahhhaah!!!

Had Burger King right after Subway. Surprisingly here they serve Mayonnaise in packets for FREE just like BK's in EUROPE. In KL you have to pay RM1.05 for mayo!!! WTH?

(Blog Update For 13th January 2007)

Here goes the final update on Adam's Birthday Celebration at Somo - well, right before i go into that! Thought that my collegemate Ringo was gonna be here at Somo as she actually works here, but i was told that she worked during the day and was tired and went home much earlier. Oh well...

Just have a lil' something to say about Adam. Well i knew him way back in 8TV...then he flew over to Fly FM and now landed at hitz.fm. Apparently its the same place / office that i'm working at. Well previously for a year i was at 8TV, thats a different story altogether...anyways this guy is a VERY DOWN TO EARTH person. You can approach him anytime of the day...get to know him better you must.

Kekeke...sounds like Master Yoda talking :P
Btw - sorry for the delay in updating all these...i know i still have my Singapore trip photos to upload, Xmas eve dinner celebration, new year's eve celebration and much more...work has been killing me lately. So yea!!! Hope you guys are all cool with that!

The lovely ladies from Mix FM together with Terence a new recruit of the Rangers :P

Andy of hitz.TV - the only one that i always take a "KLCC Twin Tower" pic with every time i meet up with him.

The lad and ladies from 8TV!!! Look on how different they are!!! Mwhahah...

Adam on the phone...too busy on his b'day night!!!

Friends from Malaysian Idol - if you notice the guy on the left in YELLOW!!!

And so he does...Adam keeps on walking into a bright future coming up next on hitz.fm!!! (errr..oops im dreaming)... i meant bright future in this leading entertainment industry!!!

What's Your Flavor Adam???

(Blog Update For 13th January 2007)

With regards to the above mentioned subject title for this post...you may have heard that phrase over and over again when you go watch a movie at the cinemas. Or you may have seen the advert on THE SUN newspaper every day this month!!! Well - Adam's 22nd Birthday got him into one of Baskin Robbin's YUMMY Ice-Cream Cake!!!!

The first thing that Adam Mentioned to me when i got to his b'day celebration was..."Is Jack coming???...where is he!" - well yea, he was invited aswell to the party but had to go to another one of his friend's party earlier so he joined Adam's party a little bit later in the evening. So yea...there you go handed over to Adam his b'day present that Jack and I bought for him from TOPMAN @ MidValley Megamall.

The ice-cream cake ran out so fast that i didn't even get to taste a slice of it... (Sad isn't...) Adam, I know you're reading this - so err ya...get another BR31 cake for us ya :P mwahhaha...

Anyways - There will be a 2nd part to this update where i will upload more photos of some of the other attendees that i got to take picture with or Jack got to take picture of. Marion Caunter left a little bit earlier, lots of peeps from hitz.fm were there as well as those from Mix FM, Xfresh, artists, singers and etc...

Now that's the all time famous Ice-Cream cake from Baskin Robbins. The last time i had one of those was at Jasiminne's b'day celebration.

Yep, Shaz was there...(err, i mean i was there...).

Jack was there too!!! Color matching with Serena C.

Serena C looking as good as always!!! - If you ever need an MC for your event just invite this bunch! :P

Pietro of MixFM breakfast show...!!! He used to love HOTDOGS @ Hartamas.

Sham - one of the newest addition to the MixFM family, used to be with the Rangers.

Joyce was there aswell - of course, she's the mastermind behind all this preps! :P

KinkyPugKevin - the last time i saw Kevin at Adam's b'day celebration - his face was totally RED! :P

Singapore's Garden Festival 2006

(Blog Update For 19th December 2006)

It's that time of the year again where famour flower sculpteurs will feature their flowers at the Suntec Exhibition Center at the Singapore Garden Festival.

Paul and I had the chance to enter this auspicious festival for only SGD$3 only (student rate). Yes they accept International students as well. Honestly, i don't really see much of a difference between Malaysian students and Singaporean students. We all look the same.

Anyways, here at the Garden Festival, the flowers are REAL and so FRESH! Better than those you find at the florists here in KL. That i assure you! Will update you more on Adam's birthday celebration and more pictures for that to come...

But for now - let's enjoy what Nature offers best!!! Flowers...Gardens...and etc...mwahahha! Anyways i'm writing / typing this in the office - need to go up to the studio now for the show. Talk to y'all laters...

What a nice star...

This flower seems to be quite an eye opener :)

The family of the same flower species...

I didn't know these kinds of flowers actually exists.

In an emperial kind of setting in China...

Technologically advanced bio garden :P

Don't know what this is but it surely look weird!

Quite the different...

Mirror image? Is it...

Can you remember what song this is suppose to be about...

Reminds me of my Cameron Highlands trip...

A rose that's waiting for someone to lift some smile up her alley...

A bouquet that's meant for someone...

A Bikini Boo Boo

(Blog Update For 19th December 2006)

Such ads in Singapore are not such things that is actually prohibited. They're actually quite open in Singapore if you ask me. Wanna know what i'm talking about...click on the "WANTED" picture on the left to find out more...look at the minute details from this poster :P

My Holiday in Singapore was more than what i asked for...met up with old friends, made new friends, Singaporeans are really friendly people i believe. And crossing roads in Singapore has never been easier.

I bet tragedies for pedestrians here is a one time off kinda thing i guess. Going to Singapore is something that i'd do with the help of Fitness First. Being an International Fitness First Passport member allows me to go to Fitness First in Singapore aswell. What can i do...can't be eating all the while right. So yes, i actually went to workout at the gym.

Not just that...i actually went to visit Fitness First Plus @ 1 George Street. More about that coming in the next few updates. But next update would be about...hahah stay tuned!

Paragon shopping mall also houses more than just Prada, Gucci and etc..but they also have Fitness First Paragon in here.

Gelare Waffles are 50% off on every tuesday!

I tell you...if they have this KFC Shrooms burger here in KL, i think it'd do better than the Zinger Max. Although i love Zinger Max!!!

Ordinary People, Ordinary Lifes, Ordinary Picture...

Couldn't believe it when i saw this...Swensens is actually 24 hrs here in Singapore. Of course not all la, but believe it or not they h ave more Swensens outlets here in Singapore than in Malaysia.

What a quick and painless way to kill yourself right just before Xmas. They even provide it for you...
