Carl's JR. & B'day Celebration

(Blog Update For 21st July 2007)

Carl's Jr. 1'st Malaysian Outlet just opened its door to Malaysian customers this 23rd of July 2007. Last saturday, the 21st July was the day that this newly opened restaurant was opened to only invited guests from the media and other special guests VIP's and etc.

Carl's Jr. located in between the old wing and the new wing of 1Utama Shopping Center here in Bandar Utama resides nearby to the Chicken Rice Shop on the Ground level. How to get here...walk as you are walking to Burger King / TGI Friday's...from the old wing you will see this NEW awesome restaurant!

This Singaporean Franchised restaurant which originated all the way from the USA serves REAL American fast food! The portions of the burger here, fries and etc... are the same as the ones that you find in the states. Thus making you FULL like you've never eaten before.

For a more detailed update on Carl's Jr. update with all the names of the burgers and food served will be given in the upcoming update! As we went to Carl's Jr. again on monday the 23rd of July 2007 (my birthday)... invited for this event again from the nice people at Carl's Jr.!

The burgers here are worth a try! In fact...it is worth every penny! The food is awesome but of course some would prefer the Singaporean version of the burgers coz here its Halal! :)

Some of the burgers that they served us on this day at Carl's Jr. The nice people from Carl's Jr. ordered so much just for the 2 of us to eat!

That's me as usual posing with my FOOD! Hopefully all these didn't get too cold!

We got ourself...2 Double Western burger, 1 Bacon Swiss burger, 1 Ranch Burger, 1 Crinkle Cut Fries, 1 Onion Rings, 1 Beef Chili Cheese Fries, and 2 Iced Lemon Tea!

Will she really tell you that size doesn't matter...she's lying and you know it! It's gonna get messy when you eat this!

One thing that i love is their Beef Chili Cheese Fries and their upcoming Milk Shake! This is REAL Milk Shake unlike what you find at other fast food outlets!

Was at 1Utama with Jack, Ringo and Jared for foooood!!! wat else rite :P

The last meal i had with Jack and some of our other friends here at KLIA with Steph, Sylvia, and Mikel... we had KFC! The first time i tried out the Chicken Chop here! :

Was at All Stars Cafe at MidValley Megamall celebrating my birthday with Joel, Amanda and her cousin Rupert from UK.

Group photo just before we leave All Stars Cafe - the service of the people here were great...i mean they are awesome! Made me stand on the chair and make a wish and all on my b'day cake!
Cutting my b'day cake with Amanda...thx alot for the cake! You really didn't have to go all the way to Sri. Hartamas just to get the cake for me!

Thanks alot Amanda, Rupert & Joel for this awesome b'day celebration nite!

Since we stayed till a bit too late...Joel & Rupert had to work for All Stars Cafe by cleaning up the place :P

The b'day cake...it's really rich with CHEESE! I can't finish it on my own!!!

Was at Taylors Campus PJ - met up with William and Steph for lunch here!

Not forgetting Vee Lyn! Lunch with her at Sunway Pyramid! Thx for celebrating our bday together-gether!!! Hope you like the b'day present for ya!

ViVo city @ Singapore

(Blog Update For 21st December 2007)

This will be my last update for my holiday get-away to Singapore during the festive season last december when Singapore was known as "Celebrate Christmas in the Tropics".

I have to congratulate the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and the Singaporean Government on making my trip such a great trip!!! The fun, excitement, entertainment, lightings and the dedication of each STB staffs that i met during my stay in Singapore really made a great difference. No wonder one should believe in the Zig Ziglar modus operandi where one company / organisation should spend a lot of money on training their frontliners - because these are the people who we meet first on ground. Meaning the STB staffs has undergone a very thorough training propgramme to be part of the STB family.

I would definately come back to Singapore to SHOP and HOLIDAY - not to miss all the fun and excitement in meeting up with friends over there. Be sure the next round i'm going there would be on a FLIGHT!!! Instead of a 1st class bus. Actually i don't mind...but i just want to experience the GST tax relief :P mwahhha...

After this entry is done, back to normal postings about COOL EVENTS and FUNCTIONS!!! This is the last entry of my 3 nights and 4 days trip to Singapore.

The Chicken Rice Shop - notice this familiar restaurant? Well this is not in Malaysia but nonetheless, its actually in Vivo City @ Singapore. Congrats to TCRS for making it INTERNATIONAL all the way to Singapore.

Kim Gary's outlet in Vivo City.

Ben & Jerry's Ice-Cream @ Singapore...awesome ice-cream!!!

You can really see the texture of this ice-cream...it's so nice and creamy!!!

Was in 7-11 in Vivo City...found this Starbucks Coffee drink in the freezer...!!! We don't even have this in Malaysia man!!!

I'm not sure what's the difference - but from what i can see this Swensen's here is like more of a fine dining Swensen's rather than the other ones that could be found elsewhere.

The first time i found this restaurant here...which obviously sells hotdogs. There are others that i wanted to experience such as taco bells.

bossini store...wanted to buy a few t-shirts from here as gifts but decided not to.

The rooftop of the mall...the water was abit cloudy, due to renovations being down.

Here's a quick advert for Carl's Junior!!! The burgers here are SUPERB!!!

I had my Santa Fe Fish burger, the free flow of iced tea / lemon tea is awesome!!! This is freshly brewed iced tea!!!

More specialty restaurants in this beautiful mall...

Simply gorgeous and excellent - the layout and architecture of the ViVo city!!!
