The townhall glows magnificently in the evening, now its pure white in the morning. Quite a great structure and design this building has. If it were to be preserved...so does all the other buildings in Penang like on Acheen Street - then Penang would be able to get the "Historical City" title and be placed on tourists maps by UNESCO.
