People get sleepy around the clock on this island...seriously if you were to walk around the city, by some small shops...you could very well see the store owners just staring at the sky.

People get sleepy around the clock on this island...seriously if you were to walk around the city, by some small shops...you could very well see the store owners just staring at the sky.
