Ok, i admit that these satay are abit over cooked and there's carbon almost on every single part of the satay. Is it that which makes the satay taste good or what?

Ok, i admit that these satay are abit over cooked and there's carbon almost on every single part of the satay. Is it that which makes the satay taste good or what?
