Awarded Accident of the Year 2006

It was yesterday, a fine monday...started the day off by running some errants at a few local banks around the area. Came back home shortly after visiting the local spareparts shop to purchase a replacement light bulb for my front lights.

Reached home, made me usual turn, but there's a car parked at the usual place i make a 3 point turn, so i reversed in...was VERY hungry!!! at that time, totally forgotten about the fire hydrant that the corner house has (which belongs to the fire dept). BANGG!!

Hit it hard, couldnt really feel much in the car as my bumper absorbed the force (well thats the function of the bumper anyways.

Yea, really upset my whole day after that. Went to the local Sparepart shop again to purchase a replacement unit. My parents won't pay a single cent for this DUMB act of mine!!! Had to pay everything with my own hard earned cash.

As expected, the shop didn't sell the parts juz for one side. They sold it in pairs. So had to purchase the whole set whereby one side is RM 268 x 2 = u do the maths...

So, for those of you thinking that Santa Shaz is coming to town this year and gonna give you all a xmas / bday pressie!!! .. hehe.. well take a rain cheque, see y'all next year.
